Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a growing SME to recruit for a newly established Reporting and Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be based onsite 5 days a week in Worcester.

Working as part of a team of 5 you will be a key part of delivering the Company’s growth plans by helping to ensure that data is accurate and internal, external and compliance reporting is relevant, timely and drives business performance.

The Role

• Implement BI tools and integrate into new ERP solution
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and improvement of new BI tool
• Data accuracy checks, holding departments to account for instance inventory statistics that are key to customer and compliance reporting
• Internal reports – create, adapt and ensure fit for purpose/align with company goals
• External customer reporting
• Requirement gathering of BI and Data requests from internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Proficient in BI tools – Power BI, Tableau
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in data visualisation
• Strong understanding of commercial insights

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £35,000 and £55,000
• Please note, this role is based on site 5 days a week
