We are seeking a talented Risk Manager to play a crucial role as a second-line risk business partner. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and controlling key risks, supporting the achievement of business objectives, and driving our Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Effectively maintaining and applying the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system, with a focus on developing key aspects of the ERM framework.
• Contributing to the development of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding global business.
• Managing a team of Risk Analysts and providing mentorship for succession and contingency planning.
• Conducting risk analysis by monitoring risk events and emerging risks for specific business areas its international subsidiaries, as directed by the Group Risk Director.
• Partnering with agreed business areas to offer support, advice, and challenge in executing risk management responsibilities and enhancing their risk management culture.
• Managing and facilitating effective communication of risk status, controls, and exposures to relevant stakeholders, Boards, and Committees in coordination with the Group Risk Director.
• Cultivating a collaborative relationship with the Compliance team to drive continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
