Risk Oversight Manager Full Time

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Risk Oversight Manager to join a leading Digital Challenger Bank based in London. My client is looking for someone to provide risk management oversight across the Risk and Compliance spectrum, reporting to the CRO and supporting the Head of Compliance. You will manage the Enterprise Risk Management System and support reviews in the Risk and Compliance monitoring plan.

The Job:

• Maintain and develop the risk management system.
• Provide reporting to the Executive and Board Risk Committees on the risk profile, top risks, risk maps and controls, risk event reporting, and any outstanding actions.
• Set out a control testing programme for key controls and undertake and report the controls testing.
• Support the development and maintenance of stress and scenario testing, including periodic scenario tests.
• Oversee the risk event process, including oversight of the response to material risk events, including initial response, controls improvements, and lessons learned.
• Set out and have approve an RCSA challenge process.
• Support the CRO in the maintenance and development of the risk management framework.

Your Experience:

• Understanding of risk oversight and risk management frameworks, including regulatory expectations.
• Experienced working in a Commercial Bank or Retail Bank.
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with excellent communication skills.
