SAP SAC Planning Expert

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Expert with extensive Scripting expreince with SAP SAC. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, with a strong emphasis on SAC Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
SAC Planning Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAC Planning solutions that align with our business strategies and objectives. Ensure these solutions are scalable, robust, and efficient.
Data Modeling and Architecture: Develop, maintain, and optimize data models in SAC. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and other relevant systems.
Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate these into SAC Planning solutions. Provide expert advice on best practices and guide the team through complex technical challenges.
Solution Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize existing SAC Planning solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. Keep abreast of new SAP Analytics Cloud features and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure SAC solutions meet business needs. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for SAC-related issues. Quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, particularly in SAC Planning. Proven track record in designing and implementing successful SAC Planning solutions.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAC architecture, Datamodelling, and integration with other SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW. Familiarity with SAC Scripting and advanced calculations.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Hub.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Knowledge of other analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
