The team is focused on providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the financial and business services sector. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality M&A advice and support to clients.

Responsibilities:

– Work with clients to evaluate potential M&A opportunities, including target identification, financial modeling, and due diligence
– Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations to support clients in their decision-making process
– Collaborate with M&A teams in other regions to provide global coverage
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
– Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments to ensure that clients receive the best advice

Skills:

– Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
