An exciting opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as our Senior Asset Management Service Manager. As our Senior Asset Management Service Manager you will lead on the delivery of Asset Management Services to our existing clients and add value to some of the most prestigious contracts in London such as our Westminster, The City of London, Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea contracts. This is a permanent, full time position based in London Victoria.

The duties of the Senior Asset Management Service Manager role will include:

-Engaging and liaising with key clients to provide Asset Management services to add value to existing contracts by allowing informed decision making to maximise budgets and maintain their highway assets

-Providing a bespoke Asset Management Service for each client, tailored to meet their individual needs and aspirations

-Managing and co-ordinating a centre of excellence for asset management & GIS teams throughout FM Conway to ensure a co-ordinated approach in terms of processes & training and share best practice and innovation

-Increasing awareness of GIS & Asset Management within FM Conway and with our client base

-Managing and developing a team of GIS Analysts and Technicians to ensure compliance with asset updates and offering Asset Management Services

-Actively monitoring new infrastructure technology and seeking innovations and potential service improvement via industry networking and events

-Working closely with developers of our map16 asset management platform to offer Clients map based representation of data of their assets to allow informed decision making

What skills and experience do you need?

You will have a strong understanding of Asset Management and experience in GIS technology. You will have experience of working within the highways or construction industry and have the ability to influence and build good working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
