Aviation centred consultancy is looking for experienced candidates to support the growth of their team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects for clients around the world, be expected to build and manage client relationships and maintain the standards that they expect on each assignment.
Their projects cover a variety of areas such as concept development, safety management, investment appraisal, airspace and airport capacity, environmental matters, data analytics, performance assessment and aviation regulations. Experience in any of these areas would be considered particularly advantageous.

Candidates for this position should be:
• Ambitious and interested to learn more about the workings of the aviation industry.
• Have a numerate degree (e.g. engineering/science preferred)
• At least 5 years’ work experience, which could be in a variety of backgrounds e.g. in aviation consultancy, with an airport, within an ANSP, a research organisation or a regulatory body.
• Significant experience in certain aspects of the industry from policy or regulations through technology and operations, as well as having an excellent understanding of how airports, Air Traffic Management, UAS and airlines fit into the overall aviation industry.

Experience & skills required
• Confident working on complex problems within multidisciplinary and international teams and able to comfortably work with data in analysing problems.
• Possess excellent consultancy skills, be comfortable dealing with commercial and entrepreneurial matters, with an aptitude for relationship building.
• Demonstrable experience in identifying opportunities, managing them through the pipeline and writing winning bids.
• Have excellent written and verbal skills, capable of writing high quality reports.
