Parkopedia has recently expanded its product portfolio and is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to help market the business and its products while aligning with our company vision. You will be part of a global marketing team that is responsible for raising the company’s profile as well as for promoting Parkopedia’s products and services to the automotive and mapping industries, in addition to building our partnerships across the parking, payments and EV charging sectors. Working closely with the sales team, product owners and the leadership team, the Senior Marketing Executive coordinates Parkopedia’s B2B marketing, digital channels and content. They are focused on managing and optimising Parkopedia-owned channels, media and content generation, customer communications, online advertising, event management and acting as the internal lead for our CRM platform for sales and marketing needs. Their remit is global, with a focus on Europe and North America.

We are part of a global team, but this role is based in the UK at our London office, which is a short walk from London Bridge. Parkopedia maintains a flexible location policy (hybrid) but the role will require a proportion of time to be spent at the London office which can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Manage Parkopedia-owned channels, including set-up, design, content and SEO, to promote Parkopedia amongst its target audiences. Work with regional Marketing Managers to ensure the local language sites reflect the Parkopedia global brand and new product innovations, as well as regional-specific products.
• Act as the internal lead for our CRM platform (HubSpot) – supporting our global sales/BD team through database management and optimisation, combined with targeted email marketing and execution of inbound marketing campaigns, evaluating and maximising results through pipeline analysis.
• Devise and execute online marketing campaigns in key markets, to amplify content, drive website traffic and promote customer/prospect engagement. Leverage paid and organic strategies, analysing and optimising campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Manage and develop company communications across all our channels, optimising content, visual updates and templates to drive engagement with monthly reporting and analytics.
• Ownership and management of the marketing content calendar and associated media/materials.
• Evaluate, organise and execute Parkopedia’s global events strategy.

Requirements

• Previous experience (5+ years) and a successful track record in B2B General Marketing with CRM (ideally HubSpot/Salesforce) and digital channel ownership.
• Proactive management of all channels and content with a strong creative/visual ability, existing graphic design or channel management software experience would be an advantage.
• Experience working closely with sales teams.
• Proactive self-starter, able to overcome obstacles and deliver within agreed time frames.
• Strong cross-functional and relationship-building skills, being able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Excellent communicator who can influence key stakeholders and develop compelling collateral that resonates with our customers.
• Combines a creative approach with analytical substance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or CIM qualified.
• Proficiency in English, either as a native speaker or through equivalent language skills and knowledge of another language such as German, French or Mandarin would be an advantage.
