Your mission as a Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) – UK

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated, and inquisitive Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to spearhead our comprehensive marketing initiatives in the UK. As the pioneer in our UK marketing division, you’ll collaborate closely with our Managing Director UK and our Head of Marketing. Your mission? Elevate our marketing strategies and activities to unparalleled heights!

With a “can-do” spirit, you’ll be adept at both overseeing daily operations with the backing of a dedicated team and strategizing at a macro level alongside our Country Management. You’re ideally based in London, but we champion flexibility – choose to work from any European location that resonates with you.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategic Development & Brand Awareness: Collaborate with sales leadership to craft regional go-to-market strategies, aiming to boost growth and foster demand. Simultaneously, champion our brand through a mix of events, content, and advertising.
• Digital Engagement: Lead our digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, acceleration, and retention. Develop innovative campaigns to maximize online visibility.
• Partnership Development & Networking: Forge strategic partnerships with leading brands and industry influencers to enhance brand reach. Actively network with like-minded professionals and acquire subject matter experts to bolster our brand’s credibility and market presence.
• Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly

You will thrive in this role if

• You bring a minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, your background ideally shines with experience in a fast-paced start-up milieu. Experience in SaaS martech or a flair for market research? That’s a bonus!
• You are familiar with the UK marketing terrain, including media and trade publications, is impeccable.
• You are ever-curious, you’re always a step ahead of industry trends.
• English isn’t just a language for you; it’s a canvas you paint on with native proficiency.
• Your linguistic prowess is matched by stellar communication skills.
• Autonomy in your work approach is a given, but you’re also a team player at heart.
