Pharma Ignite Team

Pharma Ignite is the marketing services division of Citeline . It provides custom lead generation, brand awareness, and market intelligence campaigns for a wide range of business within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and pharmacy sectors. The team also runs marketing campaigns for Citeline’s industry awards ceremonies and events.

Pharma Ignite utilizes Citeline’s world-leading suite of products, publications and solutions, to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns. The quality of marketing content, professional campaign delivery, and extended network is what sets Pharma Ignite apart from the competition.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Programme Manager to lead the Pharma Ignite marketing services team.

In this role as Senior Marketing Programme Manager , you will report into the Product Director, Pharma Ignite & C+D and ensure the smooth, efficient and timely delivery of all client marketing campaigns. You will manage a team of marketing programme managers and be responsible for the delivery o f client campaigns/programs and the optimization of internal processes, performance reporting, and financial and budget tracking.

This is a hybrid role which will include a combination of hands-on marketing campaign delivery, team management and strategic projects. This may include new product development, database growth, pricing strategies and business development initiatives.

HOW WILL YOU SUCCEED

• Day-to-day management of the Pharma Ignite marketing team, contractors and suppliers
• Oversee the successful delivery of all custom client marketing programmes
• Delivery of marketing programs for selected key clients
• Reporting on all client campaign/program progress and delivery metrics
• Budgeting and tracking of financial spend and profit margins
• Optimization of internal processes and marketing channel performance
• L ead strategic initiatives to improve overall team performance and product offering
• Be a champion for Pharma Ignite across the wider Citeline business
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of prospects, customers and competitors

WHAT IT TAKES

• Experience in a programme marketing/agency or similar role

• Proven working knowledge of Eloqua
• Experience managing and nurturing a team is a must
• Business acumen with the desire to build and grow client relationships
• Pragmatic approach to complex stakeholder management, internal and external
• Exceptional project management, organisational , and communication skills
• Solution oriented mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
• Strong understand ing of digital and print marketing channels
• Marketing automation platform experience (ideally Eloqua)
• Pharma industry experience preferable
