Senior Product Analyst

London (Hybrid)

100 per hour – Inside umbrella

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. Our client is a leading technology company in the field of software development, with a global presence and a strong reputation for innovation.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of their products and services. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis, identifying customer needs and preferences, and translating them into actionable insights for the product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape.
• Collect and analyse data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and market research reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define product strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points through ongoing customer research.
• Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Monitor product performance and conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of product changes.
• Collaborate with user experience designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practises, and emerging technologies related to product analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven organisation.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret large amounts of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting customer research, including surveys and interviews.
• Familiarity with product management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
