AXA – Global Healthcare are looking for a Senior Product Governance Analyst to join our Product and Proposition team. In this role, you’ll deliver complex and detailed analysis of our products to provide assurance that they continue to meet the needs of our customers and deliver fair outcomes to them.
Reporting to the Product Governance Manager, you’ll gather insight and analyse MI against defined customer outcomes using wide ranging data including complaints, loss ratios, claims, customer insight, pricing and lapse data, resulting in recommendations to senior management to mitigate any customer detriment identified e.g. changes to product design. You’ll work across multiple streams and engage with stakeholders around the business such as Compliance, Product, Distribution, Conduct Risk, Complaints, Customer Service, Claims and Underwriting.

What you’ll be doing:
Assist in the production of a range of customer outcome assessments including Product Oversight Reports and targeted Customer Outcome Testing to ensure delivery of fair customer outcomes with attention to vulnerable customers.
Deliver presentations of your findings with recommendations to the relevant governance committees or to senior stakeholders.
Support the wider Product and Proposition team to ensure correct processes are followed for the product development and change process.
Advise our Proposition Development, Distribution and Marketing areas on customer outcome expectations to support strategic decisions on product benefits.
Manage resulting actions within agreed timeframes.
Influence and shape recommendations to result in defined actions.
Help manage and develop the team’s customer outcome MI.
Monitor the Product Governance team mailbox and respond or circulate to the correct team member to respond.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Understanding of FCA expectations in terms of customer outcomes as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of general insurance products and claims processes, insurance practices and principles.
Ability to self-manage and drive own development.
Advanced communication and influencing skills with excellent networking and relationship building skills.
Strong ability to challenge and drive change where appropriate.
