Job Description – Senior Product Manager – Customer Data (14302)
The Role
The Customer Data team is leading a flagship transformational programme to enable the application of customer data across the business and into the end-to-end customer experience. The team is managing the requirements, RFP processes, technical designs, delivery and embedding of a number of new enabling capabilities, this includes a Customer Identity and Access Management Solution, (CIAM) Customer Data Platform (CDP), and a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP).
The team is also developing a customer data strategy, developing data solutions within Databricks and supporting a re-engineering plan of all the existing customer communications.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing management of the customer data domain, and the continuous growth of customer and financial value from our customer data.
You will be responsible for ensuring we are able to support easyJet’s customer communications, customer experience, marketing, personalisation and insight requirements through delivery of new data products and features in our various platforms (CDP, CEP, CIAM, Comms, Databricks)
How you will do it:
You will care passionately about the quality of data, and will provide the customer data lens to all activities, new initiatives and projects that use customer data across.
Supporting the Head of Customer Data Transformation embed the customer data strategy throughout the business you will also line manage a team of product owners and business analysts
What you will need to do the role:
It will be essential for this position for you to have industry and best practice knowledge of modern CDPs, CEPs and other customer engagement platforms, analytics capabilities (e.g. Databricks) and insight tools such as Tableau.
You will be fully conversant with data protection and privacy regulations and the implications for customer data management
Your experience could have been gained within the travel or entertainment sector, where data is used extensively for personalisation, real time communication and where customers can be disrupted

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid working role, we typically get together 2 times a week in the office which is based at Luton Airport
