OVERVIEW
Do you want to join a fast paced and high performing product team? Do you want to help shape the next generation of AdTech products? Do you want to work for a leading company in a dynamic and expanding market? Captify is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for our data platform and performance teams.
The right candidate will be responsible for talking to their internal customers (typically other product and analytics teams), discovering what is most important for them and partnering with the engineering teams to design and rapidly test potential solutions. This role will be responsible for the backlog of our data infrastructure team as well as owning and driving a cross team project focused on building an always-on performance monitoring platform.
As performance lead, you will have direct line management responsibility for two performance analysts and provide performance testing, analytics and data infrastructure support for the product teams, with a large focus on our segmentation teams who provide identity and contextual targeting products for our advertising clients.
ABOUT YOU
This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about the AdTech industry, technically strong and with the ability to win over the room, whether it is full of engineers, sales leads or c-suite executives. This is a highly analytical role and the successful candidate will enjoy deep design conversations and planning the execution of statistical procedures and data pipelines.
