We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to bring gamers closer together throughout the world through amazing social products. Specifically, we are looking for someone who does not believe that the social networks that exist today in the world fit the needs of gamers.

This opportunity is designed for someone who is ready to take on the next step of their career, and lay the foundation for a team of product managers that are building social products within FACEIT. We are looking for a confident Senior Product Manager that is ready to work over the next 12-24 months to become a Director of Product, backed by powerful product vision and execution.

About the Role

• You will inherit existing social related products on FACEIT including the home feed, profiles, content creation, and discovery and identify how to build a better future with these areas of our website.
• You will help solve user facing problems, many of which, they don’t even understand they are suffering from today. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the ideas of communicating, sharing, and discovering content in the world wide web.
• You will define what each of the social products brings and create a vision and strategy for how they evolve over time.
• You will deliver products that are backed by powerful technology and clear UI/UX that are easy to understand and used by millions of gamers around the world.
• You will not be measured by the success of building and shipping product features, but rather by delivering key business metrics that contribute towards the health of our growing company.
• You will live the life of a product manager, who dabbles in a bit of everything in order to transform an idea into a deliverable.
• You will work closely with other departments in our company such as engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, leadership, etc to deliver your vision.

Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience working as a product manager or a similar role.
• You are an expert on our customers and their problems and you employ different forms of discovery to understand them such as interviews, surveys, prototypes, etc.
• You understand how to transform product requirements into executable items with engineers, designers, marketing, legal, finance, etc.
• You have a strong understanding of data and know how to break bigger problems down to deliver business results.
• You understand how to quickly validate the best possible solutions and address key risks such as value, usability, feasibility, business, and ethics.
• You can deliver a vision that allows for products to continuously improve and evolve over time while staying within the guard rails of your product vision.
• You can take a product vision and create a series of milestones that create a product execution strategy.
• You are able to inspire those around you to become a part of your product vision and motivate your team to pursue the product mission.
• You are comfortable with the idea of managing the career development of other Product Managers.
• You have a passion for gamers and esports, and ideally are or were one yourself.

Your Day To Day Within EFG

You have the option to either work remotely or within one of our offices located around the world. You will have the opportunity to attend workshops, conferences and attend our amazing live events from time to time.

Our team is based around Europe, we mostly work remotely and you should be comfortable with this environment.
