Salary: £23,422 – £30,200 + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Role Overview:

I am seeking a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator to join my client’s team in London. This key role is based in a critical environment, where you will manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across diverse and complex building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research facilities, Higher Education institutions, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operators to ensure seamless operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders, ensuring job progress is transparently and accurately reported.
• CAFM System Management: Utilise the client’s CAFM system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

What I m Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CAFM systems and a strong understanding of BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) operations.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, coordinating with engineers and managers to achieve common goals.
• Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities, enabling you to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
