Social Media & Content Manager Leeds based – Up to 30k Property Industry

We are partnered with a leading property group based in Central Leeds as they looking for a new social media and content specialist for their team.

You will be joining a great business as they start to grow and expand in to the market. The company have some big growth plans moving forward. The working environment is fast paced, upbeat, competitive and they require someone who can match they energy with plenty of great ideas and drive!

You will be joining as the Social Media Manager & Content Creator and you will look after the following areas:

• Solely responsible for the company’s social output across all social channels.
• You will have complete ownership of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Building a social media strategy that is effective across all aspects of the business.
• Showcase key content on social media in innovative ways that increase engagement levels and audience reach.
• Constantly develop innovative new video content ideas for our social channels, specific to the property industry.
• Working with the directors to develop growth, traffic and commercial strategies for each channel.
• Developing social media objectives in line with the wider company growth strategy.
• Responsible for directing, recording and editing all new video content
• Evaluating data to make recommendations and maintain a successful social approach.
• Analysing and monitoring the social media landscape to spot new opportunities.
• Provide weekly and monthly in-depth analysis of all social media channels and content create

Key experience needed:

• A creative Social Media manager who has a passion for recording and creating engaging content.
• A proven track record of effective content creation and social media management.
• Excellent writing skills and an eye for good design and photography.
• A thorough understanding of online advertising and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience using and interpreting analytics to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• The ability to monitor and anticipate patterns and trends in social media.
• An independent problem-solver, keen on discovering new opportunities.
• Goal-driven, thriving on challenges and measurable outcomes.
• Success is measured by follower growth, engagement rates, video views, and profile visits
