The Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy of this forward-thinking company. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining, documenting, and solving complex problems. Working on greenfield projects, you’ll have autonomy in an agile environment to understand and deliver solutions based on our strategic architectural roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a diverse mix of architects and analysts to grow the technical strategy.
• Work closely with product teams to scope out initiatives and produce documentation for Engineering teams.
• Provide oversight and ensure technical standards are upheld, including security and extensibility.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, internal and external.
• Be a driving force for innovation, change, and technical excellence.
• Strong background in DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure/Security is welcomed.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset, open to new ideas and approaches.
• T-shaped technical knowledge of web-based technologies, with a focus on Microservices.
• Proven track record of successful solution architecture.
