Work pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days can be WFH

Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a new Sponsor Support Coordinator to join our ONCAMPUS Sales & Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

To work closely with the Sponsor Engagement Manager to deliver enrolment targets for ONCAMPUS centres in the UK and EU through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sponsor Unit & Senior Student Recruitment Manager – ONCAMPUS, the Sponsor Support Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and reporting of student sponsors, alongside supporting conversion of sponsored students within the MENA team pipeline. The successful candidate will take a pro-active role in supporting the ONCAMPUS Sponsor Unit to run efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities within this role include:

• Following up with student applications and conversion activities
• Daily calls and reporting on sales pipeline
• Working with and communicating effectively between the Sponsor Unit and internal stakeholders
• Managing the Sponsors inbox and responding to sponsor queries
• Producing accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders on pre- and post-arrival students
• Keeping track of sponsor related updates and processes

Key background, experience and skills expected:

• Experience of working with data
• Experience in an administrative role
• Experience in a sales environment
• Fluency in Arabic is essential
• IT literate
• Ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Attention to detail
• Ability to keep accurate records and to track information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written and electronic
