Store Manager Sports Retail 32,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Are you passionate about the sports? If so, we may have the perfect role for you! Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to lead the team in with an exciting sports brand in a busy tourist location!

We are looking for a new leader who is passionate about sports and the outdoors and can bring that energy to their store! You will be creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop, as well as inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive performance and retail sales across the store
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Managing the store KPI’s including P&L, Audit Customer service
• Keeping the team’s technical product knowledge up to date
• Forcasting retail trends and leasing with buyers to ensure the right product lands at the right time
• Being in control of the store merchandising calendar

Experience and qualifications as a Store Manager:

• Having a passion for sports and the outdoors will be a massive advantage for this role
• Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level.
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis.
• Experience working with autonomy in and independant retailer will be an advantage here
• General understanding of stock buying, and placement.
