Strategy Analyst – Insurance Industry

Our client, a distinguished leader in the insurance sector, is dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance solutions with a commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a talented and strategic thinker to join their CEO office as a Strategy Analyst.

Role Overview

The Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in formulating, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive the company’s long-term growth and market competitiveness. You will play an integral role to analyse, develop and establish strategic initiatives with a focus on growth (regionally, internationally, markets, products, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support on a broad range of strategic initiatives, with a focus on ambition to establish and grow it’s global presence
• Work collaboratively across departments to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives
• Present recommendations to senior management team based on research findings and strategic analysis
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting approaches as needed to meet evolving market and business requirements.

Key Skills

• Experience working in the insurance industry important to understand the research undertakings in order to give recommendations
• Understanding of corporate strategy and strategic management within the insurance sector
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Forward-thinking and able to anticipate future business needs and industry trends
• Self-driven and motivated to learn
