Our revenue reached a record £60 million last year, with unprecedented 32% year-on-year growth. In 2024, we’re on course to make over £100 million in revenue – exceeding 70% YoY growth! We’ve done this by diversifying our product portfolio, and will be accelerating our international expansion. About the role: We’re looking for a number of Talent Partners to join us to help us scale our teams across the world at HeliosX! We are growing massively – we’re on course for 90%+ year-on-year growth in 2024, and we need multiple Talent Partners to help us build teams across HeliosX. We’re looking for a Tech Recruitment specialist to help us with a large amount of hiring, particularly in software engineering.

You’ll have an opportunity to help build a growing HealthTech organisation, work on a diversity of roles, and make a significant impact on our mission to deliver accessible healthcare to people around the world.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Attract, engage and acquire top talent for the business.
2. Own the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for your open roles and area to ensure a high-quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires.
3. Conduct creative and innovative sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
4. Develop and release job postings on a variety of platforms.
5. Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
6. Screen, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process through final offer and negotiation activities.
7. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and other candidate relationships.
8. Manage respective talent pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
9. Provide input for improvement in our recruitment processes, best practices, and reporting functionality.
10. Ensure all data associated with your roles is accurate and up to date.
11. Track all hiring information in our ATS (Greenhouse) at each stage of the hiring process.
12. Provide detailed progress reports for hiring managers to keep them informed on how the recruitment process is going.
13. Be an ambassador of HeliosX internally and externally.
14. Work and form relationships with key organisational stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
15. Participate in regular status meetings to provide resourcing updates for all roles.
16. Suggest new ideas for improving our talent processes and activities and overcoming hiring challenges.
17. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Who you are:

1. 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a tech startup.
2. Good knowledge of technology, particularly software engineering. You know what a good engineer looks like, and about different technology stacks.
3. Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
4. In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
5. Fluency in boolean searching techniques and demonstrating innovative ways of unearthing great talent across multiple platforms.
6. Experience setting up recruitment processes and improvements in a growing company.
7. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
8. Demonstrated achievement in recruiting hard-to-find roles.
9. Strong experience with well-defined and proven sourcing methods, high degree of familiarity/proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter, Otta etc.

This role is hybrid, based in our office in Central London 2 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working from home.
