Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Sales Specialist
In this role, as Sales, Commercial & Experience Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with Genpact senior leadership to develop our go-to-market strategy for a set of named strategic accounts in our priority industry verticals and the responsibility to achieve sales growth targets in this space.
You will bring deep expertise within Sales & Marketing relevant to the Industry Segment you are assigned and will become part of the Industry Segment/Account leadership team(s), working closely with our service line/product teams to shape compelling business cases that drive value to our customers.
You may be called upon to facilitate workshops and strategy sessions and will be a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and C-Suite minus one level of our clients’ organizations. This role is expected to and is empowered to operate across the existing segment/sub-segment/account teams, as well as targeted prospects.

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for success in building and developing client relationships and go-to-market offerings and is known for their leadership, quality work and expertise within Pharmaceuticals and/or Life Sciences sectors. They need to have passion for driving change and innovation, invigorating a team, and building bridges to improve the value that is being delivered to clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may need to be co-located with key client and be based anywhere within a reasonable distance of a major airport. The nature of our business requires travel to client locations. Travel tends to fluctuate depending on specific project and client needs but typically is in the range of 15-25%.
