AI Centre of Enablement Team

Position 1: AI Specialist (AI Foundry)

Purpose: Deliver deep AI expertise-shaping, designing, and governing advanced AI solutions (copilots, RAG, multi-agent systems) that are secure, scalable, and ethical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise assurance for high-risk AI systems; benchmark LLMs, stress-test agents.

• Define AI patterns (orchestration, prompt governance, vector search, memory).

• Drive POCs for multi-agent workflows; advise on model selection and RAG optimization.

• Mentor teams, challenge vendors, ensure data foundations (quality, lineage, privacy).

Essential Skills:

• Advanced AI/ML (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, cloud: Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Governance of multi-agent systems; responsible AI expertise.

• Senior stakeholder communication; team mentoring.

Position 2: AI Design Analyst (AI Foundry)

Purpose: Bridge business needs and technical delivery-assessing/shaping valuable, feasible, ethical AI/Copilot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape use cases with value hypotheses; analyze workflows for AI opportunities.

• Design AI workflows, prompts, human-in-loop models; assess feasibility/risks.

• Support prototyping/MVPs; embed responsible AI principles.

• Maintain design patterns library; cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Skills:

• AI/data programs experience; process mapping, user research.

• LLMs, prompt engineering, Copilot/Power Platform knowledge.

• Data readiness assessment; stakeholder communication.
