TXP are currently seeking a Technical BA for one of our public sector clients, io enhance the Automation programme by establishing a clear, evidence-based view of automation opportunities and by providing the analysis, documentation, facilitation and delivery readiness support required to progress suitable processes through the automation lifecycle.

Experience Required:

• Business analysis and process modelling experience, including AS-IS and TO-BE mapping using recognised process standards such as BPMN.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops, process walk-throughs and requirements sessions with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of RPA, Power Platform, Agentic AI delivery lifecycles, automation suitability assessment and development handover requirements.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation suitable for governance, audit, development, testing and operational handover.
• Experience in requirements engineering, gap analysis, benefits definition and traceability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Knowledge of UK public sector governance, information management and compliance considerations is highly desirable.
• Active SC+NPPV3 is also highly desireable
