Must have s

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Partner Management
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer or partner relationships
• Experience supporting technology platforms, digital products or complex services
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to add value
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident interpreting and presenting performance data
• Competent using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Nice to have s

• Experience coordinating customer onboarding or implementation projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Technology
• Experience using Salesforce
• Customer Success, Account Management, Business or Project Management qualification
• Knowledge of technology platforms or digital solutions

So, what will you be doing?

Managing a portfolio of customers and acting as their primary day-to-day contact

Building long-term relationships to maximise customer engagement, satisfaction and retention

Conducting regular customer reviews and providing insights into platform performance and usage

Supporting customer onboarding with structured implementation plans

Delivering training, guidance and resources to ensure successful platform adoption

Identifying opportunities for customers to benefit from additional products and services

Supporting contract renewals through proactive relationship management

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Monitoring customer performance and using data to drive continuous improvement

Achieving customer success KPIs while maintaining high service standards
