About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager – IT to serve as a strategic advisor and technical liaison between our organisation and clients. Your core objective will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and technology adoption by aligning our solutions to client needs and business goals. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide proactive technical support, and identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
