Contract Role – FileNet Engineer and Architect – Edinburgh/Manchester/Leeds/Hybrid – 06 months initial

We are seeking skilled FileNet Engineer and Architect focuses on optimizing FileNet platform capabilities to support business operations, ensuring security, and mentoring engineering talent.

Role Overview:

• Job Title: FileNet Engineer and Architect
• Location: Edinburgh/Manchester/Leeds/Hybrid (40% office based)
• Contract Type: Contract
• Sector: Banking

• IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator)
• Email journaling and archiving solutions
• ECM migrations and integrations
• Workflow design and implementation in FileNet
• System configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Change management execution and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with dual-running and legacy-to-target environment migrations
• Documentation and runbook creation for repeatable processes (JIRA & Confluence)
• Collaboration with infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity teams
• Agile/SAFe delivery experience
• Applied experience of delivery in at least one of or specialist software such as IBM (Data-power, Message Broker, or FileNet), Microsoft (MS 365) where relevant with associated certification.
• Experience with Cloud software solutions and databases.
• Experience with FileNet applications and Cloud Pak for Business Automation on the OpenShift platform.
