Hybrid – between London and Bristol office

Are you an experienced FMCG marketing professional with a passion for challenger brands?

Skilled in digital marketing, brand positioning and strategy?

The Advocate Group is partnered with a high-performing Coffee Roastery, on the search for a Head of Marketing. This role is pivotal in leading the brand to continued success from a B2B and B2C perspective.

The Role:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals
• Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals
• Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values and mission
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Full management of marketing budget, always looking at ROI
• Strategically work with other functions to ensure everyone is on board with the marketing plan

The Person:

• A proven FMCG marketing professional, operating at a Senior Brand/Marketing Manager level
• Digital native but also skilled in classic marketing activites
• Ability to lead and develop marketing teams
• Strategic thinker
• Creative and able to work end to end
• Passion for the drinks industry and growing challenger brands
• Understanding of B2B and B2C
