Junior Project Manager London £55k – £60k (can be negotiable) + additional bonus (OTE £75k) + car allowance or luxury car I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who has this role new to the market to work in their data centres! They specialise within building management solutions and does everything from design, installation and service and maintenance. They work with a range of interesting and high end contracts across the country! I am looking for someone who has a wealth of experience as either a Projects Engineer or Commissioning Engineer who is wanting to step up into a Junior Project Manager. Their team will work closely with you to help you step into a Project Manager! The role of a Junior Project Manager:

• Be a reliable point of contact for customers, contractors and internal labour
• Conducting site visits and inspections to the projects you are managing to ensure installation and commissioning works are to the standards
• Track progress reports and relevant documentation in line with the projects
• Track project budgets, ensuring you are working in line with the budget
• Lead the planning of each project and be involved with the project from start to finish
• Allocate the relevant labour and materials to the projects to ensure agreed timelines are met
• MUST have experience in BMS
