Location: Guildford + Hybrid Working (2 days in the office) + Free Parking
Salary: 55k+ (Based on experience) PLUS 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring the strategic vision is realised. You will be working closely with the Marketing Director and leading a multidisciplinary team of creatives, marketers, and content specialists!

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with strategic goals.
• Strategy Implementation: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Project Oversight: Manage workflow and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: utilise analytics and KPIs to track effectiveness and guide future initiatives, improving ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and Logistics to maximise marketing impact.
• Quality Control: Ensure brand consistency and high standards in all creative and content outputs.
• Budget Support: Assist in managing and optimising the marketing budget for effective resource use.

Skills/ Experience:

• Ideally you will have 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of core marketing disciplines: digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, branding, design, and social media.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to drive decisions and track performance.
• Creativity and innovation in contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
• Strong multitasking abilities, self-motivated with a knack for project management.
