Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Brighton area (Hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000 – 50,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a growing professional services organisation operating in a fast-paced SME environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading brand, digital, and content strategy, while managing a small in-house team and external partners. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role plays a key part in driving enquiries, strengthening market positioning, and supporting overall business growth.

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior or managerial marketing role
• Experience managing or supervising marketing team members
• Confident managing agencies and external suppliers
• Strong data and analytics capability (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Commercial mindset with a strategic approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
• Willingness to test new approaches and embrace innovation
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK

The Role:

• Leading and delivering brand, marketing, and content strategy
• Managing a small in-house marketing team and external partners
• Coordinating integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
• Using data and insight to drive marketing decisions and performance
• Supporting business development through targeted marketing activity
• Maintaining awareness of marketing trends and best practice
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
