The Business:

LTC Healthcare is a growing and ambitious family business specialising in sexual wellness products. We supply a range of customers from the NHS to retail and direct to consumers and are looking for an ambitious, self-starting and creative Marketing Manager to join our team.

We have a series of brands, however our leading brand is called EXS and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with the sales team to maximise exposure of our brand both B2B and B2C.

We are a rapidly growing business and we are looking for someone to join us in taking our brands to the next level.

The Role:

• To support the creation, development and delivery of the company (LTC Healthcare) and brand (EXS) marketing plan
• To work with and manage 3rd parties regarding brand positioning on e-commerce channels (Amazon/eBay/Website)
• To lead marketing activities for events, trade-shows and B2B customer meetings
• To support the creation and execute creative campaigns and strategies for our brand (EXS) for both B2B and B2C customers
• Lead and plan outbound marketing (mailshots, sampling, presentations etc) campaigns for B2B customers
• To support the creation, management and roll out of digital assets (pack-shots, lifestyle images and video) and to manage 3rd party suppliers where necessary
• Manage social media strategies and campaigns
• Developing strategies for increasing brand awareness
• Review of B2B customer websites ensuring latest branding is displayed and work with the customers to show the EXS brand in the best light
• Support the development and launch of new products and brands within the business
• Work with the sales team to lead marketing activities for sales campaigns and seasonal promotions and launching the brand with new customers
• To work with and lead a wider creative team (currently 1 x graphic designer and 2 agencies) with the prospect of building and developing this team as the business continues to grow
• To innovate and improve LTC Healthcare and EXS websites, e-commerce shops and digital real estate
• Work with the sales team to develop pitch decks, proposals and offers to both existing and new B2B customers

The Person:

• Has a proven track record of creating, developing and delivering a marketing campaign (ideally with a consumer brand)
• Is able to lead a wider team both internally and externally for creative and marketing activities
• Has a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies whilst also able to support wider marketing campaigns for B2B customers (both public and private sector)
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty and will pitch in with SEO, content creation and video editing from time to time
• Strong personal skills being able to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and able to attain a in-depth understanding of our products
• As a small business, it is essential the candidate can work under time pressure and is able to focus on delivery
• Must be commercially driven and appreciate that generating revenue is at the heart of all marketing activities

The Package:

• Mon – Friday working 9 – 5pm
• 22 days annual leave per year rising by 1 day per year up to 25 days
