We are looking for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to support a public sector end client in delivering user-centred digital services. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and a deep understanding of agile delivery in government settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and analysis of business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver effective digital solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Support the development of business cases and contribute to service design in line with GDS standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in public sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centred mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with GDS standards and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working across the full delivery life cycle, from discovery to live service.
