We are looking for an innovative and highly driven data/business analyst to join the UK Strategy team.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with UK & Lloyd’s CEO and leadership team and build your profile across AXA XL and AXA Group.
You will play a critical role in developing UK & Lloyd’s strategic priorities and goals, by:
Working with the UK Strategy team and UK&L leadership to co-ordinate and develop the short and medium -term strategic goals and priorities
Developing, and presenting to local/divisional leadership, bespoke reports to ensure that the UK & Lloyd’s business unit is on track to deliver financial/operational plan
Leading and supporting local and divisional strategic projects by ensuring that they align to business objectives and are commercially viable
Utilise both external and internal data to build insights that challenge commercial, operational and regulatory processes
Monitor UK/London market developments to identify trends and opportunities and benchmark UK & Lloyd’s performance against key competitors
Working closely with colleagues across all UK & Lloyds function and Global Data team to develop and deliver the UK Data Strategy.
Representing the UK and Lloyd’s on both internal and external initiatives, ensuring that the objectives and outcomes are aligned to the UK & Lloyd’s strategy.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their knowledge of all areas of a global insurance business, showcase their analytical and communication skills and work within an agile, collaborative and supportive team.
The UK Strategy team leads the formulation and execution of the UK/Lloyd’s strategic priorities as well aligning to and delivering on Global, Divisional and Market initiatives. It’s an agile and collaborative team, led by the UK Strategy Director, that leads and supports initiatives for profitable growth, improving regulatory oversight and operational efficiency.
