Service Charge Analyst Full Time

Vivid’s client in the South East is looking for a Service Charge Analyst for an initial period of six months with the possibility to extend.

Main duties:

• Prepare and send rent and service charges notifications to all residents
• Ensured leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately and within terms of the leases and current legislation
• Setting and monitoring rent and service charge income budgets and budgets for all other income including reconciliations of income accounts and income related balance sheet accounts
• Dealing with queries regarding service charges, including complaints
• Carry out associated functions to ensure rent and service charge collection is managed efficiently across the business

What are they looking for?

• A candidate with experience in service charge accountancy.
• Someone with experience in budget setting, forecasting and experience of the housing sector or property development sector.
• A candidate with an aptitude for IT and in particular Excel
• Someone with a positive can do attitude and strong work ethic
