Service Delivery Analyst – Security Operations Full Time

We’re looking for a skilled Service Delivery Analyst – Security Operations to join a dynamic service delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT service management and a knowledge of cybersecurity and SOC tooling. Someone who excels at managing stakeholder relationships and translating technical insights into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and your customer portfolio
• Deliver regular Service Reviews, performance reporting, and client-facing updates
• Use ITSM tooling
• Report on weekly and monthly tasks and actions, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and communicated

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and SOC tools (eg Microsoft Defender)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and ITSM best practices
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

This role is fully remote and will offer a starting salary of £45,000 and exceptional Company Benefits
