Support Analyst
Lincoln (Hybrid) | Minimum 2 Days in the Office Per Week
£27,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading software provider within the healthcare sector, known for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Support Analyst to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Manage support tickets and meet SLAs.
• Perform SQL updates and generate reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience

• Strong IT and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• SQL or application support experience is desirable.
