What you will do in this role
As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:
Collaborating with customers (doctors, radiographers, medical tech staff, etc.) and field service engineers to address equipment status, maintenance and repair needs
Coordinating and resolving internal customer issues related to parts, tools and logistics
Providing first class customer service including accurate billing and cost management
Your qualifications and experience

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Billing, contracts administration, engineer service scheduling and logistics experience preferred
Strong IT skills, including Excel and data management

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
