Technical Support Engineer Full Time

Expleo is looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our prestigious customer based in the Warwickshire area. This is a contract role initially for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and optimize test & development plans for vehicles and rigs.
• Define prototype vehicle specifications and oversee builds.
• Implement camouflage strategies for prototypes.
• Maintain and update prototype fleets (hardware/software).
• Manage end-of-life processes for prototype assets (resale, recycling, reuse).

Required Skills:

• Strong planning mindset and understanding of test methodologies.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and full product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to present technical data and influence decisions.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and problem resolution.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in New Product Introduction and vehicle testing.
• Engineering industry experience (automotive or similar).
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 is a plus.

Education:

Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
