Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Talent Acquisition Sepcialist to help us scale our high-performing teams. You’ll be sourcing top-tier talent across Software Development, Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, with a strong focus on candidates holding SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates with expertise in Software Development (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Nodejs), Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, BA, and PM etc
• Identify and engage security-cleared professionals (SC) via job boards, social platforms, and industry events
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical capabilities and cultural alignment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or in a similar Technical Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development, cloud technologies (Azure & AWS), and delivery functions (Testing, BA, PM).
• Experience recruiting candidates within the public sector or with security clearance highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. We have a two-stage interview process for most of our consultants. In certain cases, we may include a third and final stage, which is a conversation with the company Partners. This will only be considered if deemed necessary.
