Business Analyst – Unisure, Pensions, Insurance

Up to £550 per day – Inside IR35

3 days a week on site

6 months initially with a view to extend

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive Pensions experience for a transformation programme for a high-profile Insurer.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst ideally within the Insurance domain (specifically Pensions).
• The ability to gather, prioritise, and manage business requirements through workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Previous experience working on Unisure migrations.
• The ability to analyse and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimisation solutions that enhance service delivery.
• Strong data interpretation skills to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across project phases.
• Familiarity with working within an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to client methodologies and governance frameworks.
